My name is Giampaolo Runello, and I coach adolescents by profession: I support boys and girls in discovering themselves and their talents to understand what to do with their future and find their place in the world.

I graduated as a Humanistic Coach in 2018 from the School of Humanistic Coaching (www.scuoladicoaching.it) directed by Dr.Luca Stanchieri and more recently I supplemented this course of study with the Esports Coach qualification at the Esports Coaching Academy in Reykjavìk (www.eca.gg).

Thanks to my passion for games, video games, stories and my direct experience, I created “Metatron Teen Coaching”: the in-game and out-game coaching pathway to support the inner growth of teenagers that uses games, video games and stories as tools for self-knowledge.

In addition, I work on projects and training in Edu Gaming, Game Based Learning, Gamification, Edutainment and storytelling for preschool, primary and secondary school teachers.

I am part of the Edutainment Ecosystem, a network created by Prof. Carlo Cuomo (The Prof of Edutainment), formed by professionals who use Edutainment, Gamification, Storytelling within their activities.
