Andrew Christmas

I was born a Sailor, sailing since childhood in the sea of role-playing, immersive and transformative stories.

In my teens I boarded the ship of live role-playing as a Hub, writing and managing game events for hundreds of different users, yet united in the same magic circle that breaks down all barriers.

To become a Pirate, turning this passion into a job, I found with my first crew the Tou.Play Association, whose focus is socio-cultural gamification. To navigate such a rough and stormy sea, I perfect my studies in Pedagogical Sciences.

During seven wonderful years, spent transforming formal places (museums, municipalities, schools, companies, etc.) into magical circles of aggregation and growth, I shape myself as a captain: a pirate manager who leads his crew on a course that has, among its treasures, ludopedagogical culture education. In this crossing, we also found the Fleet Save cooperative, which specializes in tourism and digital gamification.

Today, hoisting the Admiral’s black flag, I guide Captains Tou.Play and Fleet Save along domestic and international routes, to connect with all the world’s crew and sail with them even in the storm, through four compasses: Lightness, Clarity, Courage and Dedication.

This Logbook is summed up in a maxim, which sustains me every day:

“If you tell me I forget, if you show me I remember, if you involve me I understand.”
